Ingredients
1 pkg
Pakora Mix
12 cup
hot water
2 tbsp
lemon juice
1 cup
small cauliflower florets, steamed
1 cup
small broccoli florets, steamed
1 cup
frozen peas
1 can (19 oz/540 ml)
lentils, drained & rinsed
3 tbsp
vegetable oil

Preparation
  1. In a large bowl, combine mix with hot water and lemon juice. Let stand 5 min.
  2. Meanwhile, chop and measure cauliflower and broccoli; place in Multipurpose Steamer. Cover and microwave on high for 2 min.
  3. Fold steamed veggies into pakora batter along with frozen peas and lentils.
  4. Preheat frying pan over medium heat; add half the oil. Using half the batter, drop by tablespoon into the pan; flatten slightly. Cook until golden on both sides, about 5–7 min. Repeat with remaining oil and batter.
Tips

Serve with tartar sauce by combining 14 cup plain Greek yogurt with 12 cup mayo, 2 tbsp green relish, 2 tsp Lemon Dilly Dip Mix and 1-2 tsp lemon juice.

Serve with 14 cup tzatziki and 12 cup fries.
