Makes: 24 meatballs or 1 meatloaf

Preparation


 
  • Preheat oven to 375° F.
  • Pour seasoning in a large bowl, and combine with ground meat, eggs, and ketchup.
  • Meatballs:
    Wet hands slightly and form 2 Tbsp of mixture into meatballs. Place on a Sheet Pan lined with a Bake & Roll. Bake for 15–18 min.
  • Meatloaf:
    Press firmly into a 9" x 5" (23 cm x 12 cm) loaf pan. Bake for 50 min or until internal temperature reaches 160° F for beef or pork, or 170° F for chicken or turkey.
